We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may cancel it before it has shipped by contacting us.

Once the products have been shipped, you have 28 days to return them to our London location for a full credit. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

If you receive an item that is faulty, we will provide a full refund / exchange. Please contact us to request a refund / exchange  for a faulty item.
